Terms and condition
1. ORDER
When you place an order with us, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. This confirmation includes all details about the products, prices, billing and shipping addresses.
To ensure fairness and availability for all customers, we kindly ask that payment is made within 48 hours. Unpaid orders may be canceled thereafter.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via email at: daggconcepts@gmail.com
At this time, we are only able to accept orders from within Sweden.
2. DELIVERY
DAGG Concepts standard delivery time is 1–2 business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be shipped at the earliest on the next working day.
In periods of high order volumes, delays of an additional business day may occur.

2.1 Unclaimed Packages
We reserve the right to charge for the handling costs incurred for unclaimed packages (return shipping, administrative costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of 199 SEK for any package not collected. Shipments are held by PostNord for 14 days before being returned to us. Please note that if you regret a purchase and wish to return the item, you must first collect the package and then return it according to the instructions.
3. PRICES
All prices in the webshop are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, or incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the date you receive the item you ordered.
When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us of your withdrawal. This notice must be sent to: daggconcepts@gmail.com
Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return concerns.
You should promptly and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice return the products to us.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products when returning them. Products should therefore be sent well packaged and in original packaging.
We reserve the right to charge for the handling costs incurred when exercising the right of withdrawal (return shipping, administrative costs, etc.). The fee for return shipping in the case of withdrawal is 149 SEK.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any depreciation in value from the refund if the product has been used or damaged.
4.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.
Products that are sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.
Custom-made products that are specifically tailored for you or clearly personalized according to your wishes.
Services that have been completed where you have expressly agreed that the service may begin without a right of withdrawal.
Goods that deteriorate quickly, such as food.
Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

5. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
We inspect all products before shipping. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we commit to resolving the issue at no cost to you in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.
5.1 How to make a complaint:

Please include your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue. If we are unable to correct the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with consumer protection laws.
We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if the product is found not to be defective according to applicable laws.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or failure of delivery from suppliers.
We also take no responsibility for changes in products or their characteristics made by the supplier or other factors beyond our control.
7. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on the website and the sale of out-of-stock items.
We do not guarantee that the product images accurately reflect the product’s appearance, as some color differences may occur depending on your screen, photo quality, and resolution.
We always strive to display the products as accurately as possible.
8. INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES
According to the Electronic Communications Act, visitors to a website must be informed that cookies are used.
The information in cookies can be used to track a user’s browsing.
A cookie is a small text file that the website requests to save on your computer to provide access to various functions. You can configure your browser to automatically deny cookies.

9. PERSONAL DATA
By shopping at DAGG Concepts, you accept our privacy policy and the processing of your personal data.
We care about your privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order.
We never sell or pass on your information to third parties without legal basis.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time.
Changes will be published online on the website. The revised terms are considered accepted upon order or visit to the website.
11. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with our customer service, you as a customer may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.
If you reside in an EU country other than Sweden, you can file a complaint online via the EU Commission's platform for dispute resolution: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
